If you have shared your information with us through our website, forms, WhatsApp, Meta integrations, or any of our services, you may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

In your email, please include the following details so we can identify your records accurately:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number / WhatsApp number used to contact us
• Brief description of your relationship with us
• Example: website inquiry, WhatsApp chat, course inquiry, customer communication, or support request

What We Will Do

Once we receive your request, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your request from our active systems, including where applicable:

• Website inquiry records
• CRM / lead management records
• WhatsApp conversation records
• Contact details submitted through forms
• Support and communication history

Processing Time

We aim to:

• Acknowledge your request within 7 business days
• Complete the deletion request within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for legal or operational reasons

Important Note

In some cases, we may retain limited information where required by law, regulation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, taxation, accounting, or other legitimate compliance obligations.

If retention is required, we will retain only the minimum information necessary for those purposes.

Meta / Facebook / WhatsApp Related Data

If you interacted with us through Meta platforms such as WhatsApp or Facebook, some information may also be processed by Meta in accordance with Meta’s own privacy policies and systems.

Requesting deletion from AeroBot Labs will remove or anonymize data that we control in our own records and systems. If you want to manage or remove data held by Meta directly, you may also review your settings and privacy controls within your Meta account.
